Welcome to Third Church

We warmly welcome you to Third Church, where our doors are wide open to people from all backgrounds. We are a community where you can get to know God or develop an even closer relationship to Him. It's a place where the spirit of meaningful worship is alive and thriving. It's also a place where you don't have to be something or someone you're not. So whether you're a spiritual seeker, who's just starting to ask questions about God, or a committed Christian who wants to sink the roots of your faith even deeper, you can find a home here at Third Church. We invite you to visit our Visitor Information Center to learn more about Third Church and the programs and ministries we offer.

We Invite You to Join Us for Worship at Third Church

We gather to worship and praise God in services at 8:30 AM, 10:30 AM and 6:00 PM each Sunday. Our worship services are designed to bring you in touch with God's love and power and to help you to face the week ahead. You will experience uplifting music, a message that relates the Bible to your life, worship and praise, and a warm and friendly atmosphere. Learn more about our worship services.

Sunday July 6, 2008

Morning Worship - 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM
“Community” is the next in the David series from 1 Samuel 27 and Psalm 133.  To live in community is to live with the reality of God working out his perfection through our imperfections.

Walk with Me
Children ages 3-6 are invited to the summer session of “Walk With Me” during the morning services.

Evening Worship - 6:00 PM
We’ll continue in the Seven Deadly Sins series with the focus on anger.  “The Sin of Moses” is the message from Numbers 20:1-13 and Ephesians 4:26-27.  In our anger, we give up control not to God, but to self with deadly consequences.  Turning toward God - and away from self - is the only true antidote for the destructive power of anger.

Sunday, July 20, 2008

Special Worship Service - 10:30 AM
A joint service with Faith Reformed is planned for July 20 at 10:30 AM.  Together we’ll celebrate with the families of VBS and Amor Viviente at the Threshing Bee Grounds on Berthusen Rd.

Getting Involved at Third Church

The challenge for all of us is to build into our lives activities which help us, individually, to grow more like Christ and which help us express Christ's love toward others.

Third Church offers programs and activities that are designed to assist every member of your family to come to know the Lord and live for Him. We invite you to learn more about the ministries offered for your family by Third Church.

Praying for One Another

Let us remember to pray for one another. There are always many different needs and always also many various joys in the lives of people around us and also with our ourselves. Let us always be sure to focus our prayer life in such a way that we remember others, and do so in the name of our Lord.

Third Church Vision Statement

With thankfulness to God, each one of us will, in love, each out to, care for, and enfold seekers and believers in our community so that lives will be changed through Jesus’ love.
